sturdy product, great for photographer who need to stay in a location for a long period, e.g. landscape / sports. will recommand to other photographers.

I photograph birds as a hobby as well as other wildlife and find having a stool saves my knees, much easier to rise from a stool than from the ground when the moment arrives.

Sorry I did not know of this item years ago. Saw an ad for it in the British edition of Digital Photo magazine, have never seen an ad in an American magazine. Ordered on for my photographer brother who has two knee replacements, and when I tried it out, immediately ordered one for myself. If you are anywhere without seating it is indispensable. It is at 22 very comfortable, and with my monopod allows for great shots. I never leave for a shoot without it. In fact, I usually do not go on any outing without it.

As a wildlife photographer I'm sometimes required to sit for hours at a time waiting for the right moment. I needed a stool that was light, yet strong enough to support my 255#'s. This stool is amazing. It's fits in the monopod holder on my camera bag yet is sturdy and comfortable.

I have had knee and hip surgeries so when shooting games my legs get tired fast. This light weight seat has help tremendously. It is so light that I just tie it to my camera bag and bring to all the games when I get tired I open it up and relax for a few minutes.

My husband took me to one of the largest Farm Shows, in Louisville, KY. I knew if we went he would tire easily and want to go quickly. So, a friend of ours had these, and I decided it was just what we needed. And, boy did it come in handy. Eating lunch there at the concessions stands, no place to sit. Not us, I just pulled out the walk stools and we could sit where ever we wanted and whenever we wanted. Thanks to the people at Walkstool, you made our trip to the farmshow wonderful! we needed a easy to use but comfortable seat for a walk in concert . either you bring ahave not used it yet but will also work great on our bike trips chair or sit on the payment or a curb // this also firs nice for our bike trips

Best stool I've found and I've tried several. Can carry on a shoulder with the included bag or tied to a belt loop without the bag. Very light, when you're tired just sit a spell! Or set your tripod lower and sit behind it waiting for that perfect light or event.

I use my Walkstool primarily for sports photography. The stool enables me to get in a better, more comfortable position. I've noticed that my keeper rate has gone up due to my improved technique. The only design improvement I could think of is for the manufacturer to add another lock button at the bottom of each leg that would lock the legs for transportation. Other than that, it's a quality piece of equipment.

Perfect on level hard surfaces. If the ground slants you have to pay attention. It is better than standing for hours. It is usually comfortable. Very light weight. With just a little care it will not grab you like the TSA.
