Q: 1. Silly question here but I am unfamiliar with this type of printing...does this include the ink as well as paper? This is for the DNP DS6204x6 4 x 6 Roll Media for DS620A Printer

A: Yes it does which is both good and bad. Quite often you wind up with a lot more paper than ink. Its typically better to go ahead and replace both together but that leads to a waste.

Q: 2. DO I need spacers?

A: Yes you do.

Q: 3. How many rools are there at 1 package? And how many photos can printed totally?

A: This is a single roll which allows to get about 600 frames out of it.

Q: 4. If using at an event, am I able to shut off the payment requirement?

A: This booth offers an optional credit/debit reader for payment use which is not include. With that being said, it can be used without a payment requirement.

Q: 5. I'd like to know if the used ink ribbon assembly is recyclable or does the manufacturer accept them back for repurposing?

A: We put them in recycle bin.

Q: 6. How long will the paper last if you only use 50 pictures out of it at one event and have to wait to use it for another?

A: Typically paper like this has a pretty good shelf life. If you left it for up to a year we would recommend using fresh stock, but it should still be good for all applications if its left unused less than 1 year.

Q: 7. I am so new to this. I would like to know if I still have to buy papers for this or it comes with the papers.. and if not, what kind of paper is the best for this

A: Probably doesn't come with paper. 4x6 is the standard media.

Q: 8. Can I install 4x6, 5x7, and 6x8 ribbons and paper in the DS80, and print with them, instead of buying a DS40?

A: No. The DS80, would only be able to print on 8x10 and 8x12 roll paper. But the DNP S80DX, would be able to print from a 4x8 - 8X12. I have attached that printer below.

Q: 9. I always ran out of the ribbon before the photopaper, I feel it's sich a waste. Do I have to always change the whole set( Ribbon and paper) or is it possible to just put a new ribbon in and keep using the rest of the paper till it rans out?

A: You want to change both at once. It's designed for that. At the end of the roll, you have a couple of feet more. The print packs are always sold with both paper and ribbon, so you really wouldn't gain anything except a big headache. I suspect that the extra footage is for when you have the 8x10 print pack. The ribbon has to be different to accommodate 8x12, but they can just use the same paper roll for both. It also wastes paper when you first insert a roll by slicing off pieces while it registers the position of the paper.

Q: 10. Does this adaptor work for Epson P6000 printer?

A: Yes it is compatible with the P6000.
