The titanium MeFOTO 49mm Lens Karma UV Filter is a general use, clear filter designed to absorb ultraviolet light and reduce the bluish cast of daylight. Aside from the reduction of unwanted blue casts, no additional coloration or contrast is created, and adjustments to exposure are not required while using this filter. To prevent internal ghosting and reflections while providing over 98% light transmission, each glass surface includes multiple layers of anti-reflection coating.
MeFOTO filters are constructed from Asahi glass that provide optical clarity and color fidelity. This filter features a titanium-colored aluminum-alloy filter ring that helps provide a more distinctive appearance to your equipment.
This UV filter is also useful as a general protective filter to leave on lenses at all times. Such filters help to reduce dust and moisture from reaching your front lens element and provide additional protection in case of drops or situations where scratching could occur.

Q: 1. Would you recommend using this with a canon 100-400 II on a 6d? It's within my price range but I would like to feel secure leaving my equipment on there for at least a short period of time. If not, does anyone have recommendations for another tripod not too far from this price range?
A: It's rated at 26 lbs. I've only used it with a 70D with battery grip (similar size to your 60D?) a 300-700 4-5.6 L on it but not with a collar. The mounting plate allows for some movement of the mount point, but I think I'd look at getting an optional, longer, ARCA-stile mount plate to give you a few extra inches of flexibility - that should allow you to mount over the center of gravity better. the legs extend wide enough and should not be a problem. if you're concerned about stability, there is a hook under the center column to which a sandbag or weight can be tied to help with that. I was also evaluating INDURO aluminum models as well. This won-out on price point and features. Very nice fit/finish.
Q: 2. Can you add stabilizer feet to the monopod in order to use it with a 360º camera?
A: Yes you can. Unscrew the cap on the foot and you can add a stabilizer foot with the same thread.
Q: 3. Can you shoot a vertical shot by locking the tripod? Will it stay locked and allow you to shoot vertically?
A: Yes, the head has a vertical tilt. I am very happy with the quality of material, build and versatility of this tripod.
Q: 4. Has anyone tried Canon full frame with Tamron 150-600 lens with this tripod. Thanks. And will it fill gimbal head wtih 3/8-16. I think will need some screw etc.?
A: Nikon with 70-200. When everything is locked into position it's fine and holds steady. The tripod is light weight but strong, I really like it. But, the head Is a bit of a pain making small, quick adjustments. My last tripod had a handle that often got in the way but was easy to to make positioning adjustments.
Q: 5. One of the legs came off and I cannot seem to Reattach it. Any advice?
A: You can call and ask for Chris Kellogg a href= http://www.mefoto.com/support#ServicingYourMeFOTO target= _blank http://www.mefoto.com/support#ServicingYourMeFOTO/a
Q: 6. How easy it is to buy from India? How to deal with customs?
A: You can easily order this tripod with a credit card via our website. As to customs, we unfortunately we cannot do that for you. We suggest contacting the shipping carrier, DNL for further information regarding customs payment in your area.
Q: 7. the tripop MeFoto A2350Q2 come with a camera plate PU60. I need an extra one, which should I buy? could you indicate product number please. I will use it with a couple of Nikon D810
A: Any Arca-Swiss compatible mount plate will work with this ball head, they are made by a multitude of companies in various sizes as needed for your particular camera and lens mount application.
Q: 8. How sturdy is it? What's the worst environmental conditions you'd use it in?
A: If I don't extend the center column, it's plenty sturdy for my 7DMk2, battery grip and 400mm lens for low shutter speeds. If the column is all the way up, it will get wobbly and some mirror slap at long focal lengths. Using a shorter, lighter lens and no battery grip for landscapes and astrophotography it's been great, even in windy conditions. Also has been fine in very cold and windy conditions, but haven't gotten it wet or in mud/sand yet.
Q: 9. I intend to use this with a Nikon D750 with battery pack and Tamron 150-600mm G2 lens. Will it support the weight of this setup?
A: I used it on my Nikon D800e/Nikon 70mm-200mm/f2.8 combo and battery pack with two legs fully extended on flat surface. It seems to do just fine. However, I wouldn't recommend using under any windy conditions, unless weight are add it. Hope this help.
Q: 10. Trying to find a solid tripod for my Pentax 645z without breaking the bank. Is this tripod up for the task of supporting a medium format camera?
A: I use a Nikon D800 with a battery grip and a 70-200 and it's very stable.
