True this is the largest bag that Tenba/Cooper makes but even under those dimensions I doubt that the gear you are wanting to carry would be a comfortable fit. Besides that, it would be very heavy and wear you down slinging it across one shoulder. For carrying the gear you mentioned I would look more to a sling or backpack style bag.
