To clarify, since LED dummies would only be needed if your LEDs aren't going completely black as quickly as you want when you dim to zero or shut off the circuit. If you are experiencing trouble with LED flicker then you will want to use them at full power or invest in LEDs that can handle this type of dimmer or switch to an LED dimmer.
