I suspect Sony actually found a cheaper source for memory, that came in different sized ranks, giving it 120gb, rather than 128gb, and the 'improved durability' is smoke and mirrors. Bottom line: if you see a 128gb G series XQD card going cheap, it's worth getting for 99% of photographers. You'll get 8Gb of extra capacity also!
