Exactly as pictured, described. Easy to install, cleans up a bunch of corded mess, provides a 'flush' outlet for a mini-charging station (two laptops and two tablets). Have owned many APC product and never had a issue. Don't expect one with this. Looked all over for this model; B&H were the only ones with it in stock. Shipped it free, promptly and appropriately. 5

This offers a slim, angled, flat plug, and individual leds for power and surge protection. Power is supposed to shut off automatically if surge protection fails. 5
