The transmitter can send up to 1080p60 uncompressed video to any Vaxis Storm receiver for follow focus, director, or video village monitoring.

The transmitter features SDI and HDMI inputs, an SDI loop output, and a dual V-mount plate that can be mounted onto a camera's V-mount plate to pass V-mount battery power from the plate on the other side of the transmitter to power both the TX unit and the camera. The Focus 058 features a 5.5" display with 1000 cd/m² brightness, and it can receive and monitor 1080p video with its five high-gain antennas. The display features a built-in L-series battery plate.
