Connect your Surface Go, Go 2, and Go 3 to the Black Surface Go Type Cover by clicking it into place magnetically. The Type Cover features a QWERTY-layout keyboard with backlighting. It also features a trackpad with a glass face sheet and a mechanical click pad. There is also a full row of function keys (F1-F12) as well as dedicated media buttons for media controls and screen brightness. The Type Cover is made with microfiber material. The Type Cover can be folded over the display of your Surface Go, Go 2, and Go 3 to protect the screen and conserve battery life. You can also fold it back so you can use your Surface Go, Go 2, and Go 3 as a tablet without having to take off the Type Cover.

The type cover mates with my tablet to give me full functionality of both. Prior to purchasing this type cover I bought a blue tooth type cover which was not as well integrated with the features of the tablet (magnetic connection etc). I highly recommend this product. 5

What can I say? It's a keyboard for a Surface Pro. It works well and the last one I had lasted a long time (more than 4 years) before I chose to replace it with a different color. 5

This is a must have accessory for the Surface Pro. I considered getting the cover with the fingerprint reader, but that's not necessary because the Surface Pro has facial recognition built in and it works great. Typing isn't much different from a full size keyboard. The key feel is good and the track pad works very well. Thanks to the trackpad and touch screen, you don't really need a mouse. I bought mine Used from B&H and saved about 30% over new. It was only rated a 9, but honestly, I don't think the box was ever opened. The box was beat up but it didn't look like the tape was ever removed. B&H used stuff is GREAT! 5
