I almost never write reviews but this QD clip is perfect. Solid, satisfying click when you insert it in the plate and the button is easy to press when you want to release it. The loop is big enough to put through a BlackRapid strap, unlike many of the smaller QD swivels designed for firearms. Buy once, cry once. 5

Works great on my Kirk replacement foot for Sony FE 100-400mm GM lens and on my RRS L Bracket for my Sony A7R IV. I love the way it turns so easily and freely. A bit hard to take off so I sometimes, most of the time, utilize something other than my finger to press the button. This is a mild annoyance to what I feel is a very secure connection. Very well made and will most likely be buying several more. Highly recommended! 5

In my opinion, these are better than the original Magpul which tends to rust when in the elements for awhile. I use the Kirk QD on a Hold Fast Gear leather strap attached to a L-Bracket with a built-in QD port. It's secure and gives me full motion. I've added a Peak Design Key Tether, as a just in case. Well done Kirk Photo. 5

The QD Loop works well, wish I had bought before purchasing other quick release systems.. Feels it very secure and happy to attach expensive kit with it. 5

You can't go wrong with the Kirk QD Swivel. This QD works well and has the smoothest operation. I have several other QD devices and this one is the best I have tried. I like how well the button works! 5

(Quick Disconnects) QDs are handy when your equipment has the ability to use it. not all my equipment is able benefit from this, nor am I sure how comfortable I'd be with this on my larger lenses. So for now, this is an experiment is how I might work with my equipment while taking walks/hiking to shoot pictures 5
