Built for factory automation and machine vision applications, the 14mm 4K C-Mount Lens from Musashi Optical System features focus and iris rings with locking screws and a C-mount. The lens is designed to cover 1/1.8, 1/2, and 1/3" sensor sizes on 4K cameras and it accepts filters with its M30.5 front thread.

Utilizing a compact body with superior optics, this high-resolution lens is designed to fit today's machinery dimensions and needs only a minimum focusing range of 3.9" to produce sharp images.

I purchased this lens for my Sony ar7iv based on the recommendation of a friend. This is my first full manual lens so I was reluctant but I have to say..it has quickly become my favorite lens for both landscape and nightscape photography! And you can't beat the price!! Highly recommend! 5

Awesome lens especially for astro photography. The images are really sharp and the lens is great for low light being f2.8. I ended up purchasing the fotodiox polarizer for it so now I can use it for shooting water scenes. The construction is very nice with a smooth focus ring. I just recently starting shooting the milky way and it works so much better than my Sigma 17-50 f2.8. 5

I bought this to use on an APSC camera with thoughts toward the ability to use it on a full frame body in the future. My copy appears to be a good one. It is sharp across the plane on which it is focused Color rendition is good. It achieves infinity focus when focus ring is rotated to the full stop, not the infinity mark. EXIF data gets embedded in the photo files. I do not yet have an opinion on the accuracy/value of the focus confirmation function. It is not inordinately heavy or bulky. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and the price point. 5

Bought this back in January as my first astrophotography kit. Still learning, but have been happy with the results from this lens. Imaged the Milky Way for the first time in June, 2021. Still have much to learn, but this lens performed well first time out. Can't wait to shoot more. 5
