The 1TB Archon CFast 2.0 Memory Card from Exascend is compatible with RED, including RED Komodo, as well as Blackmagic Design, ZCam, Canon C200, Canon C300, and other devices that are compatible with the CFast 2.0 standard, which utilizes the SATA III 6 Gb/s interface. It can handle raw video and features maximum read speeds of up to 560 MB/s, maximum write speeds of up to 500 MB/s, and minimum write speeds of up to 450 MB/s.

This CFast 2.0 card has been built with protection against ESD, overloads, x-rays, and magnets, as well as a shock and vibration resistance, and is able to withstand temperatures ranging from 23 to 158° during operation. Also featured is EDC and ECC data reliability.

A: The Z Cam E2-S6 Super 35 6K does 4K 120FPS but not 6K. This card is certified by the camera's manufacturer to work in their camera. There are no reports that this card suffers dropped frames.

A: While we are not aware of specific testing done between the two the RED Komodo does accept CFast 2 cards. This should work with the RED Komodo.

Sure, it was pricy, but with my gear, I like to go as minimal as possible. I used to shoot to an external SSD, but with the ExAscend, it gets more compact. The card is fast and can handle 6K.
