Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does it come with a bellow? I guess so but don’t see it in the picture. How big is the bellow? Is it compatible with Schneider 72mm/5.6 XL which has a 72mm size to the camera side?

A: The Actus-G body comes with a standard monorail and bellows which is 155mm. So that being said the 72mm lens should work. However please be aware that the Actus-G doesn't come with a camera bayonet mount, so that will need to be added. Depending on which camera you choose you may run into issues with infinity focus as well. Please see the lens compatibility chart at our website for more info.

Q: 2. What's the smallest these bellows can compress? I'm curious if I can achieve infinity focus with them.

A: If the Cambo AC-214 Long Bellows for ACTUS is fully compressed, it will create a space of 20mm between the lens and the camera.

Q: 3. What basic accessories is required for a Nikon D810?

A: One would need the following pieces to mount the Nikon D810 DSLR Camera to the Cambo ACTUS-G View Camera Body. The Cambo AC-78E Bayonet Holder, BH #CAOBHDSLR (https://bhpho.to/3bHOVlW). And the Cambo AC-783 ACTUS Bayonet Kit for Nikon F Mount Body, BH #CABKNF (https://bhpho.to/3bzle6k). These 2 pieces would allow one to mount the camera on the ACTUS-G. This is only on the camera side, on the lens side it will vary based on what lens you wish to use.

Q: 4. What’s the difference between the Actus G system and the Actus MV for use with a Fuji GFX 100 II?

A: The Cambo ACTUS-G View Camera Body with AC-792 Bayonet Holder for FUJIFILM G is very good. The difference between that and the Cambo ACTUS-MV View Camera Body with AC-214 Bellows and ACMV-862 Mount Kit, B&H #CAACMVF50K, is that the MV has almost double the movement capability in any direction.

Q: 5. Will the CFVII 50C fir this setup with the 907X in the loop, or will it work only with the back? And how does the shutter work in either case?

A: This product is only compatible with the Hasselblad X series cameras.

Q: 6. Can I put Hasselblad lenses without any adapters?

A: No. The Actus-XCD comes with the appropriate reat standard, monorail, and bellows. In order to attach Hasselblad V series lenses you would need to add the ACB-HA lens board.

Q: 7. I am trying to take interior photos using the actus B system on Sony's Alpha 7 R3 model. What is the angle of view of the actar24mm lens based on a 35mm mirrorless camera? How is the angle of view compared to Canon's 24mm ts-e lens? Also, I'm curious about the difference in resolution between the two lenses.

A: The Cambo ACTAR-24 24mm f/3.5 Lens for ACTUS-B when used with a full frame camera is 24mm. There is no crop. Compared to the Canon TS-E 24mm f3.5L II, both are 24mm focal length. But the Canon has a larger image circle, 67.2mm and the Cambo has 60mm. Meaning you have more shift on the Canon lens over the Cambo lens.

Q: 8. can xcd lenses be used with the camera body?

A: Yes, the Cambo ACTUS-G View Camera Body with 20mm Lens Kit for Hasselblad X Mount will work with a Hasselblad XCD 55mm f/2.5 V Lens.

Q: 9. Are these bellows made of leather or synthetic?

A: Yes, the Cambo AC-214 Long Bellows for ACTUS is made of genuine leather.

Q: 10. Does it work with the Schneider lens 28mm f 5.6?

A: Without knowing exactly which lens you are referring to I cannot give a solid answer, however generally speaking with large format lenses 47mm-60mm and longer should work (depending on the rear element size). Anything wider than that that isn't one of the Cambo Actar 24 lenses cannot be guaranteed.
