This is a great camera strap. The added length compared to the manufacturer's strap is long enough to allow wearing the strap across your body comfortably. The padded strap is a big step forward in comfort, too.

If you got your first dslr or looking for something better then your basic strap you have found it. let get the bad out first it is design for a apc-format dslr camera i got mine on the nikon D3200 it is great its the same width as the basic strap but longer and much more comfortable. depends on body shape and size u can use it as a slang strap and wear it over your shoulder and let the camera sat on your hip. if its to short u can but entension straps for under $.

Perfect, comfortable and the clasps allow two lenghts. Disconnect the strap and the two ends can clasp thus providing for a short hand-hold strap. The other great thing is the Op/Tech system has many cable accessories such as expansion/extension straps that can all interconnect. So, if you need a longer strap for backpacking etc., just buy their extension straps. They all work together.

Best strap I've ever owned. It holds a Fuji GFX 50, and if there's cut a thing as a magic strap, this is it. Never gets in the way, always comfortable, strong and easy to detach the main strap when needed.

FIRST.. if u looking for a replacement strap for your APC dslr you have found it.If u looking for a strap that u can turn into a slang strap u have found it, now if u wont to use this as a slang strap u need to get the XL 3/8 strap they sell i try the slang strap but i did not like the way it attached to the camera so i use XL straps attached to my Nikon D3200 it goes from my shoulder to my hip ok i will disclose some information its not as big as the picture shows it is wide as the basic strap that came with my camera it was a little longer then my basic strap its way more comfortable then the baisc strap and it dont advertasie the brand name this what i use to test my strap to make sure this is what i wonted NIKON D3200 with battery grip attached to the camera i use the only heavy lens i got which was the 85mm f/1.8g lens and it was comfertable to walk around with

I bought one of these 13 years ago. I look for comfortable gear that does not stand out as Crazy photo nerd/parent! This strap is very subdued in size compared to many of the ones out there. The cushion material holds up very well. I took 450,000 photos, and many hours of video with the camera this was attached to. It lasted. It looks nearly new, comparing it to my new one. I recently bought a new camera, and decided to get another identical strap. My older strap was on a heavy Sony A99 camera. I use good glass, but not the even heavier white professional lenses. I cannot attest how that extra weight works. I like being able to extend the length fairly easily. I highly recommend for those trying to avoid the 2+ inch wide straps, while remaining comfortable. I would obviously recommend these to anyone, if it fits your requirements.

I have 2 DSLRs. Bought one Envy Strap a month ago, used it for a long day trip. Very comfortable. Camera and lens hung around my neck most of the day but I was only half as tired as using the OEM. The camera also did not bouce around compared to a Op Tech classical strap I owned a few years back (that one I gave up after a few uses, to elastic). I like Envy so much that I ordered one more for my other DSLR, and another one for my wife's DSLR. The strap also makes your camera less obvious, especially when you travel to developing countries. The color serves as ID if you have multiple cameras.

This is my 2nd one. The 1st was purchased about 10 years ago and made it thru 2 cameras. I could have used it on my new camera since it was a little frayed around the edges but decided it was time for a new one. Pleasantly surprised that the new one is just as well-made as my first one was. More important, it's even more comfortable.
