I miss the days of having enough ports on my computer but since dongles like this are a necessity I've had many over recent years. Main use is for a wired mouse and occasionally to patch in a midi music keyboard or pull data from an older hard drive. For some reason all the others have stopped working over time (one even dangerously overheated!). This one has worked flawlessly with daily use for the past six months which is all I could ask for from this simple little device. It's traveled and been out in the elements (even gotten a big soggy from rain once) and no issues. If you need a basic USB hub, this one is the best of the many I've used. 5
