Super happy with this so far. We mainly needed a good portable way to have our plex library to use on the go when camping without internet... this works to be a plex server and plex viewer/streaming all in one. We can watch our series that we ripped from the dvd's and not skip a beat. Also connects to all our subscription services as well. It's super fast and smooth. I was also surprised at how small it is. Not much bigger than a standard roku. The remote can be setup to completely control our tv as well for volume and power. One remote to do it all. Overall, super super happy we invested in this. Well worth the price. 5

I have treid many devices for our plex server over the past few months, this player is in a different league as it truly embraced the higher trasfer rate of the 5G router and never buffered nor slipped a frame even during huge 4K file playbacks. Its a beast of a little android box, setup super easy, remote setup with multiple devices easy peasy and just an absolute pleasure. I have bought another one in case something happens to mine, that’s how good it is. 5

I finally decided to sign up for a streaming TV service, but my circa 2016 Samsung Smart TV was too old to run the latest streaming apps. After doing a LOT of comparison of Roku, Fire, etc. I settled on the NVIDIA SHIELD TV and I'm extremely happy. I wanted a device that could support Gigabit ethernet (instead of operating via WiFi) and the SHIELD fit the bill. The only other device that fully supports Gigabit ethernet is Apple TV, but since I'm already in the Android ecosystem the NVIDIA SHIELD was really a no-brainer. Very satisfied user. 5

I didn't expect the device to be so small. Everything works perfectly. It is a pity that there is no stand included. Of the shortcomings, I noticed one: the OK button is too recessed and because of this there are false clicks on the protruding ring of the joystick.
