While the case itself is large enough to hold the lens, you would need to purchase one of the Core Units to protect and pad the lens inside the case. The largest DLSR Core Unit compatible with this case would be the Shimoda Designs Large DSLR Core Unit (Parisian Nights), B&H # SHCULDSLRPN, whose interior dimensions are 10.6 x 15.0 x 6.3". As most of the 600mm lenses we carry are around 18 inches in length, they would be too long to fit the Large DSLR Core Unit.

A: The YS-03 is an auto only strobe, and uses a pre-flash. So the YS-03 exposure is set by the camera's built-in flash. Since the YS-01 does not use the pre-flash in manual mode it will not fire. To use the YS-03 and the YS-01 together you have to set the YS-01 on TTL, not manual. It is best to use two YS-03, or even better to use two YS-01.
