The Comica Audio CVM-WM200TX is a bodypack wireless transmitter compatible with the CVM-WM200 Series wireless receiver. With a lightweight, ergonomic design, it is comfortable for performers and presenters to wear, while operating at a range up to 394' line-of-sight.

The CVM-WM200TX comes with a CVM-M-O1 omnidirectional lavalier microphone. The microphone offers a 360° sound pickup pattern, which is forgiving to your subject's head movements. Fit the supplied foam windscreen on the lav mic to significantly reduce noise from wind and rustling of clothes.

The transmitter features a locking 3.5mm mic input designed to prevent accidental disconnection. The 3.5mm input can also accept line-level signal should you need to do a camera hop; route the output of a mixer or field recorder into the transmitter's line input to wirelessly stream the audio mix to the receiver.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does it come with the receiver as well?

A: This listing is for the transmitter only. It does not include the receiver.

Q: 2. With 2 transmitters going do you get a left and right isolated feed from receiver into camera?

A: Yes you will if your camera's input are left and right channels for stereo.

Q: 3. Can I use more than 1 hand help mic at the same time. If so, how many?

A: The CVM-WM100 PLUS Wireless System that the Comica Audio CVM-WM100 PLUS-HTX Wireless Cardioid Handheld Transmitter operates within specifies up to five wireless microphone transmitters in use is the same location at one time. Each transmitter requires its own receiver channel. The standard receiver in this system is a dual-channel receiver, so no less than three receivers would be required for five operational microphones.

Q: 6. How long do the battery's last in the 200? And other than the battery's, is there any major difference between the 200 & 300? I'm not finding any, but maybe I missed something... thanks.

A: 200 uses AA batteries where the 300 has internal rechargeable batteries. Only other difference I see is that the 300 also includes more accessories like the 1/8" to XLR output cable. The micro USB recharge port does beg the question if an external (cell phone) charging battery would work to extend the active life...

Q: 7. How long do the battery's last in 200?

A: About to 3-5 hours.

Q: 8. The manual refers to using a third party app when using a cell phone. Do you have a recommendation for the app or what the app might be called? It also says "it doe snot support the partial original recording of android systems" What does this mean?

A: For smartphone shooting, customers must separately purchase a TRS-TRRS audio converting cable, and pay attention to set the mobile phone mode to 'Flight Mode' to avoid incoming call interference(It does not support the partial original recording of android systems, the third-party APP is recommended to be used in this case. Sennheiser has always made great products but this new receiver is fantastic. It is super easy to setup and manage with a great app. You can handle several units at the same time and even give each one an unique name. The sound quality is excellent.
