Delivering speeds up to 2933 MHz, this 4 x 64GB kit is a memory upgrade designed to improve your computer's start-up times, overall responsiveness, and ability to handle data-intensive applications. ECC (Error-correcting code) technology enables the modules to detect and correct the most common kinds of internal data corruption. The modules are registered, feature a CAS latency of 21 and a power rating of 1.2V, and work on systems with 288-pin DIMM slots and a DDR4-enabled chip.

Note: Do not mix R-DIMMs and LR-DIMMs. Mixing R-DIMMs and LR-DIMMs will result in a memory error flash of the status indicator light when you turn on the Mac Pro.

I got this for my 2020 iMac 27. I bought it with 8GB and quickly swapped out for these and the computer just flies. I’m slicing and dicing large video files, while converting audio files in the background. 5

This memory upgrade is a great addition to my system. I've used OWC memory upgrades in the past for my other iMac, and it worked flawlessly for many years! Now that I'm upgrading to a newer iMac (my other one was 11 years old), I did not hesitate to go back to OWC. And at a savings of $1,970 (Apple wants $2,600 for the upgrade to 128GB), it was a no-brainer!!! 5
