It's amazing to be able to record 32 bit audio at this size and price. I am connecting it to a boom microphone and I'm very pleased with the results. I got the blue tooth version to be able to control the unit from my phone. Not a single issue yet. Only negative is that it feels a little too plasticky. Hope that it lasts long enough!

Love this little guy. The wait was long and well worth it. I recommend this for its tiny size and not having to worry about levels. It Simoly won't clip. How it knows how intense to pickup the audio baffles me. It doesn't sound like auto input levels are being used but much better quality. Impressive when paired with a countryman b3 or Sanken COS-11 lav mic.

I pre-ordered two Zoom F2 recorders, the F2 and the F2-BT because I wanted compact 32-bit floating recorders. They're both identical in terms of recording function, but if I were to do it all over again I would have gone with two F2-BT recorders instead of one of each.

The layout is very simple and it would actually help to have a bit more info on battery life, but I keep spare batteries with me all the time anyway so I'm not terribly worried about that.

The lav mic is larger than what I'd been using but it's not a bad mic.

What I'd been using before this was a Zoom H1 recorder, the first version (because I don't like the thought of the gain knob getting bumped on the new version). These replace the H1 perfectly and I'm planning to get more as soon as they're back in stock.

I bought this to use with a Meopta 15x56 and it fits perfectly and is a great case for general protection at home, on the road or in the field.

My only wish would be for an extra internal pocket or pouch, but the .case is even wuite effective for carrying these heavy binoculars in the field.
The way the strap attatches with velcro makes it a snap to put on or remove, and it is quite secure.

Got this to mic a one off situation as the failsafe audio, and it worked a dream. Got high quality audio which was good as the videographers audio was crunchy. Swapped the track from the zoom in and all taken care of.

I am a speaker and need to record and wireless transmit at the same time. This recorder is amazing.

There is so much I love about these. The sound quality is great. I use them on pretty much a daily basis. The size of recorder is tiny and perfect for hiding. The belt clip has a solid sturdy feel to them. The mics that come with it are good, though they do feel a bit cheap and plasticy.

I don't love the battery door, it feels a bit cheap and is not easy to remove. I don't feel like the operation is super intuitive but got it figured out and pairing it with the app helps a lot with controlling stuff that isn't operable just from the buttons on the recorder.

Quality binocular case. My Swarovski 15x56 SLC binoculars came in this very case. A lot of reviews and forums stated that the Swarovski ATX65 spotting scope with single eyepiece would fit in the extra large case once they were separated. I own the ATX65/angled eye piece and it fit in the case perfectly which is the reason for purchasing a second one. If you need a replacement for your Swarovski 15x56 SLC binoculars or ATX65 spotting scope I recommend this Swarovski X-L case.

I was pretty surprised by the size. It's quite small which I like. The controls feel fine and the Bluetooth works really well. If you have used DJI Bluetooth on their Ronin systems it can be annoying, and I was expecting it to be that way, but it was without lag and connected nearly instantly. The audio sounds very good and didn't require any adjustments while recording a walking interview outside on gravel. Does it sound like a $5k audio setup? no, but it is the best dollars spent for the indie/commercial work I do. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a wireless-like system but doesn't want to spend the big bucks and hassle for an actual wireless system.
