The light beige B6 Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone, Low Sensitivity, with Detachable TA4F Connector for Vega Wireless Transmitters from Countryman is a very small lav microphone measuring one tenth of an inch in diameter. It can be used to capture audio for theater, broadcast, house of worship, and general lavalier applications.
This version is ideal for use as a head mic in theater. Built with a low handling noise and rugged construction, the B6 lavalier microphone can be easily hidden in a performer's hair or on costumes, ties, or behind a shirt button. It can also be attached to eyeglasses, for a secure, discreet, and convenient alternative to hair miking. The ultrathin diaphragm deliver a natural sound while its tiny size makes the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection. The B6's aramid-reinforced cable terminates to a TA4F connector for direct connection to Vega BP2020, PRO-2, ST2020, T23, T25, T37, and T93 wireless bodypack transmitters.
Additionally, the included swappable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. The B6 is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with a protective cap, which can be quickly removed for cleaning or replacement.

Looks great when you want to see it, virtually disappears when you don't. The B6 is easily hidden in hair or on costumes, with five colors to match clothing, hair, and skin tones. Use a felt tip marker to color the white caps for near-perfect concealability. Never suffer the hassle and degraded sound quality of under-clothing miking again.
The B6 is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps and works well in hair or on the body. The protective caps are easily removed for cleaning or replacement, and the aramid-reinforced cable gives it world-class survivability.
The B6 provides high-quality audio with low distortion at SPL up to 140 dB on 48V phantom power. The aramid cable and thin diaphragm combine to offer low handling noise. The flat-frequency response accurately captures voice or instruments, and the small size makes the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection.
Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. Versions are available for different speaking or singing styles, with high overload capability for recording instruments.
Low, head miking for theater.

Q: 10. How does one judge the quality of audio relayed from transmitter to receiver? Wondering in context of wanting to connect a field recorder (using stereo mini jack) to TX unit
A: Usually the first thing we look at is frequency response, which is how low (bass) and high (treble) it can produce. Typically 20 Hz to 20 kHz is considered full frequency response. The frequency response on this system is 80 Hz to 18 kHz, which is really not bad considering that the human voice is not going to get down any where near 20 Hz, and when you experience background noise it manifests in the lower frequencies, and you would engage a HPF (High Pass Filter) to eliminate the lower frequencies. We'll also take into consideration the SPL (Sound Pressure Level) that the microphone can handle before distorting. The mic that comes with this system can handle 120 dB SPL, which is very good. Another consideration is latency, which is how long it takes for the signal to travel from transmitter to receiver, and this system has less than 4 millisecond latency, which is imperceptible.
