If one wishes to photograph landscapes, fine art for galley exhibitions, portraits and weddings, then the D810, or the the D850 would be very fine, because they offer so many MPs for high resolution enlargements. Any one of these camera will help the photographer create outstanding photographs, with excellent Nikon Lenses. Instead of paying as much for the D6, purchasing the D850, and getting some Zeiss prime lenses with the F mount, along with the great Nikon lenses will help create world class photos.
