Q: 9. Hi, i'd love answers to four questions. Is this an infra red remote control? Does it come with the ir receiver if it is? Is it rs 485? Can it open the on screen menu for a camera?

A: This is a IR remote control. That actually is a picture of our remote that comes with our Lecture Capture LC102 device. Although it will control our PTZ cameras, we have a PTZ remote control that will have more functionality including opening camera controls. I'm going to assume that B&H simply imported the wrong image to go with the description. It doesn't come with a receiver. Not sure of the RS 485 question. Let me know of any other questions.
