The CP26-Travel II 10X Carbon Fiber Series II Tripod from FLM is a 5-section support with a twist leg lock system. A simple turn disengages the leg locks, which extends the legs for the tripod to reach a maximum height of 54". This lightweight travel tripod has a load capacity of 26.4 lb, and is suitable for use with DSLRs, Mirrorless cameras, compact cameras, and more.

For low perspective shooting, the legs may be opened in multiple preset angles, allowing a minimum height of 2.1". Independent leg spread permits the CP26-Travel II to achieve level positioning on uneven terrain. The lightweight and durable carbon fiber tripod has a folded length of 17", yet weighs only 2.47 lb, making it easy to carry to any location. Threaded 1/4"-20 accessory sockets allow extension arms or studs to be mounted in order to attach lights, microphones, or other accessories.

Been seeing flm used a lot by photographers on you tube channels I watch. Pleased with purchase, solid build, lightweight, superb height leg positioning great, low level superb. Only flaw is came with no hook to put into hanging part. Not sure if error or not. Thought they all had one, now got to try and locate one.

I bought this to replace a Manfrotto 055 XPROB. I did not like the center column and how it switched to horizontal. I do not use center columns and like to have the ability to get to ground level when needed. This FLM does that. Also, carbon fiber for lightweight is what I wanted instead of aluminum. When I put my Nikon D850 and Sigma 150-600 on this tripod, it is solid with no movement if I use manual focus.

This tripod screams quality. I have it paired with the FLM CB-32F ball head. Perfect for my outdoor needs such as Nature, Landscape and Astrophotography.
I am 6'5 tall and was pulling my hair out trying find one tall enough. Finally I realized that I'm going to be sitting on my lightweight stool to wait for shots, and using a monopod when hiking. Why not save weight and $$$ by purchasing a shorter one?
Great customer service too from FLM Canada, the NA distributor.

Beautifully made tripod. Quality through and through. I don't use a tripod often but spending a few dollars more for this quality is well worth it. I never heard of this brand before but after doing research it Was nothing but positive. Small and light but can carry a heavy load.

I've been using an old Gitzo 410 for the past 30 years, which is built like a tank and has outlasted my shoulders. This is my first carbon fiber tripod, purchased for small lens (studio or landscape) use, so it's stunning to me how compact and light it is for such a sturdy platform. Purchased this model because it reaches my eye level (6'2) without a center column, and seems to be close to the quality of a Gitzo or RRS at a significantly lower price. My only concern is the light weight could be a problem in windy conditions, and to that point, I wish the tiny eyelet under the base was either a hook, or big enough for a carabiner clip to hang my bag or backpack on for added weight and stability. Locks and leg ratchets seem well made and smooth and it comes with replaceable spiked feet. My only big disappointment was that it went on sale a week after I got it.

This tripod is tall, so no more sore back bending over to camera. It is big and tall but not too heavy. It is smooth and very sturdy. High quality and very well built.

68.3” tall (no center column) weighing in at 3.1lbs. Find me another tripod with those specs, I’ll wait. This is a unique tripod in a world of copycats. It does have a few design aspects taken from RRS, but if they are going to steal, why not steal from the best. The quality is top notch, and I have not found a single flaw. All the mechanisms of this tripod are extremely smooth. In my opinion, this is THE best tripod made. You will not regret this purchase.

Great little tripod-small enough to travel with but tall enough for everyday use. Highly recommended!

Terrific design and implementation, both in choice of materials and engineering.. My legs don't work so well anymore, so keeping my backpack light and compact is important for my landscape and wildlife work. However, there was a slight problem with mine, and almost sent it back to BHP. But they referred me to a very nice young man at FLM who solved the problem for me right quick. We had a bit of conversation back and forth by email, and I was impressed by the friendly and courteous response I got from them.
I also have tripods from Slik and Sirui, both of which are great products as well, but this one takes the cake.

The FLM tripods are in a class by themselves. They are beautiful made and exquisitely finished, they operate smoothly, the fittings are of the highest quality and the legs can be extended or tightened with a short twist. I used the tripod with a Phase Camera that showed vibration, the oscillations were minimal.
