A: If I recall, there are instructions provided but it's simple. Leave the unit powered on, unplug the power connector from the battery pack, remove the screws holding it in, swap the battery pack, replace the screws, plug the connector back in. How do you review a battery - it works! More importantly - during the pandemic it's been hard to find Home Office essentials, but B&H has been there for me. More importantly, they seem to be able to deliver as quickly and efficiently as the A store, and that is a high bar. I always check with B&H first, as I'd rather support a local/national retailer than the behemoth, especially when the price is as good, better, or just a bit more, especially when their service is defintely better! 5

There was a minor problem with a small plastic tab that got bent and prevented the connector from latching. Once the tab was removed, everything worked as good as new. 5
