My company relies on these at our outlining locations where power is iffy.You can buy these cheaper other places but they whack you in shipping charges. These came fast and that's one of the top reasons I use BH. 5

I had a 10 year old APC UPS connected to my computer. During a recent power outage my computer immediately turned off indicating that the battery wasn't supporting the computer. I looked up the UPS on the B&H web site, order it and it's the exact replacement. We had a very short outage yesterday and the computer kept running. Nothing spectacular. Just what it should do. 5

We have had our APC for over 10 years and it has worked perfectly for those years. The battery usually last us 4-5 years. We have several printers, telephones modems connected to this one and has not let us down. As far as I am concerned a great product. 5

My APC UPS sounded off every few hours with beeps and a flashing red light to let me know it was time to replace the battery. I ordered online and the battery arrived sooner than expected. I installed it and it's been working fine since. The part I especially like, I didn't have to shut everything off to install. 5
