The tan Countryman E6i Omnidirectional Earset Mic, Standard Gain with Detachable 1mm Cable and TA4F Connector for Line 6 Wireless Transmitters is a vocal microphone with a soft, flexible boom that facilitates its adjustment for different users. It's built with a larger silicone rubber earpiece making it better suited for situations when multiple users share the same mic.

The E6i earset can be used on either ear for capturing audio and rejecting unwanted sound, feedback, or surrounding noise from stage monitors or nearby speakers in houses of worship, theater, and outdoor vocal and speech applications.

The low-profile, omnidirectional E6i earset virtually disappears against the skin, so performers will forget they're wearing a mic. This version offers the highest gain for general speaking such as presentations or sermons. In addition, the earset comes with three protective caps with different high-frequency response characteristics that control the amount of crispness or sibilance (response at 15 kHz). This omnidirectional E6i earset's cable terminates to a TA4F connector for direct connection to Line 6 TBP12 wireless bodypack transmitters.

The Countryman earsets are very small, lightweight, and the least visible headworn microphones.

The E6i is soft and highly flexible with a larger silicone rubber ear piece. When multiple users share a mic, the E6i is a great choice. The soft boom is durable and the flexibility makes it easy to adjust for different users.

The E6i's stainless steel boom is tough and can be bent and re-bent to fit different performers. It is highly resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps. The earset should always have a protective cap in place to keep sweat, makeup, and other foreign material out of the microphone.

The E6i earset's flexible boom is easily shaped right on the performer's face. Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. This omnidirectional version includes three protective caps—+4 dB (bright), +8 dB (very bright) and +0 dB (flat)—that controls the amount of crispness or sibilance (response at 15 kHz.)

Easy adjustment keeps the mic in a comfortable position for rejecting unwanted sounds. The omnidirectional E6i earset provides more isolation and is suitable for situations where there are loud monitors, extreme feedback, or environmental noise.

The included removable, quick-swap cable detaches from the actual earset, making it completely replaceable in the event of a short or break. The replaceable cable design makes upgrading wireless microphone systems easy as they are available in a wide selection of connections to accommodate most wireless transmitters.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does this Wall Mount work with Condenser Mics that require phantom power?

A: Yes it will pass phantom power if your mixer has Phantom power or you purchase the phantom power injector module from RDL

Q: 2. Can I use this cable with Tascam recorder?

A: That cable would not provide the correct attenuation for the Tascam recorder. The correct cable to use is the LN2MIC-TAS-MON.

Q: 3. Will this cable work with Fuji X series?

A: Yes, the Sescom LN2MIC-ZMH6-MON 3.5mm Line to Mic DSLR Audio Cable for Zoom H6 with Headphone Monitoring Jack is compatible for use with Fuji X Camera models that have a 1/8" / 3.5 mm TRS Stereo Microphone Input connection.

Q: 4. How are these compared to the SHURE SE846, the difference is too big?

A: I found the difference big, although not sure price difference is completely justified. But, 846's have more bass, can play much louder and still get full, clear sound. Having bought both ,(they fit my ears better than other brands) I would not go back to the 535's; the 846's are much more involving. Hope that helps.

Q: 5. My setup is a Zoom H6 and Sony A7r IV, would this be compatible?

A: Yes, the Sescom LN2MIC-ZMH6-MON 3.5mm Line to Mic DSLR Audio Cable can be used to connect the line out jack of the Zoom H6 to DSLR cameras such as the Sony A7r series.

Q: 6. Will this work sending audio from my Zoom U-24 Audio Interface into an android smartphone, iPhone or iPad?

A: Yes, this cable should be compatible for that application Hans.

Q: 7. Is this cable compatible with the 6D? I don't see it listed. Thanks!

A: Hi John. The LN2MIC-ZMH6-MON will work with the 6D as well, you should have no problems. Thanks!

Q: 8. it says 36ft in length but I received a 3ft cable when i purchased this. Do they really come in 36ft length?

A: The length of this Sescom cable is listed as 36 inches, which is 3 feet. The information for the cable length is clearly stated in the product title, description, and specs. Sescom also offers the same cable in 12" and 18" length, but 36" is the longest length available. If you need a long cable, the best option would be to use female RCA adapters such as the Pearstone RCA to RCA Female Coupler - Pair (B&H # PEPARFRF) which will allow you to attach another dual RCA cable in the length you choose. We do offer long RCA to RCA cables such as the Kopul 2 RCA Male to 2 RCA Male Stereo Audio Cable - 30 ft (B&H # KOSRC4030) or 50 ft (B&H # KOSRC4050). When used together with the adapters and a longer extension cable, the Sescom cable will still provide line to mic level summing for a mobile device.

Q: 9. does it work with Nikon d850?

A: Yes it is compatible with the D850 as well. It works with any Nikon camera that has the 10 pin remote connection.

Q: 10. how do the se535 compare to the se215 earphones?

A: To me the se535 is the best sounding earbud I have ever used. I listen to my music at no less than 44k and up to 192k. I get the fullness and quality of sound better than I ever have. Unfortunately everyone is different. Some people claim to not hear the difference between an MP3 and HD music. So if that's the case you probably wouldn't notice the difference in the earbuds either. For me though I highly recommend the se535. Good luck.

This is a great little product. Makes my close up low to the ground work so much easier. I can also use it to photograph birds, without them seeing me.

I use the product to photograph flowers primarily. The remote release and a tripod, what more could you ask for? I don't have to recheck my view-finder prior to taking my shot. Love it.

I use it when taking wildlife and landscapes. Not a Canon product but who can afford one at their price and for the money it will autofocus and trip the shutter and that is all you need. Quality of the battery compartments could be a little better but have had no trouble with it. Worked right out of the box. I use it with the Canon 40D.

Upgraded from a 350D to a 50D. The 350D had an infrared remote and you had to be in front of the camera to use it. I love this radio remote as it gives me freedom of movement and long range to boot!

I bought this for a recent trip to Death Valley, mainly with the intent of doing star trails. Although I ended up not doing the star trails (to cloudy)I used it for sunset shots at the dunes and in the Valley of Fire, among other things. It works great and what fun. I was with a big group and there were pics no one realized I was taking.
