Simple connection. Works right away once you connect it to your devices. You won’t be disappointed. Although you can have different options but MAGEWELL seems to be very dependable.

Works with OBS natively on Mac! The device itself is tiny, made of really solid stainless steel. The connection to a computer is an 18 reversible cable with two USB 3.0 male ends (NOT USB C). Adapter needed for USB C.

Latency is normal, but there's no HDMI passthrough. Between this and the ElGato HD60+, I'd pick the ElGato (I now own both). USB C support + HDMI passthrough at almost half the price.

Is it a quality device? Yes. Expensive? Yes.
