The YN600 RGB 3200-5600K LED Light from Yongnuo has a frameless, ultra-thin design. Use it on a DSLR or camcorder or mount it on a stand. This light features daylight, tungsten, red, green, and blue modes. It also has an RGB Mode that provides access to a myriad of custom colors. The intensity of the YN600 RGB can be dimmed without altering the color temperature. You can make adjustments locally on the fixture or wirelessly on the included remote control. This light can be powered via two optional Sony NP-F series batteries or an AC power supply (not included).

A: The Yongnuo YN600 light can be powered by the included power supply or by using NP-F750 camcorder batteries (not included).

A: Tested in the super store the unit offers 7,200 lumens.

Q: 6. Will NP-F960 or NP-F970 batteries work in this light? Thanks.

A: All the NP-F9XX batteries share the same connection and voltage. Therefore they are completely safe and interchangeable. The difference is the amperage and thus how long they will last. Low drain devices like small camcorders benefit from the lower amperage batteries. Higher drain devices like lights or monitors benefit from higher amperage. The down side is more weight and expense. The NP-F960 or NP-F970 will work fine with this light.

Q: 7. Does it fit into Sony RX10 iii?

Q: 9. How soft is the diffusion on this light? Is there any extra diffusion I can purchase separately?

A: The diffusion on this light is quite soft, but if you wanted to add more diffusion, there is the Rosco E-Colour #250 1/2 White Diffusion (21 x 24 Sheet) B&H # ROE250S. This can be cut to size and attached to the panel using ProTapes Pro Gaffer Tape (2 x 12 yd, Black) B&H # PRGT12B.

A: Yongnuo lists Lumen: 4680LM or 4680 Lumens at 1m. One lux is equal to one Lumen per square meter.

I've been struggling with ambient lighting to use on my YouTube videos and once I got these, I was blown away. Two little pocket lights that packs a good amount of luminosity and battery life. The built-in color effects are fantastic. Also, when I'm photographing small things, these really help me to put in some interesting color combos. The only thing one should be careful about is the lightweight build quality. Don't expect this thing to survive drops and abuse. Use them gently and they should last a lifetime. So far, I've been using them for more than 1-1.5 hours on full power and only 1 notch of the battery goes down. Great investment that gives you good results without breaking the bank. 5

I am a wedding videographer who mostly shoot with gimbal , This small light is bright enough to light people near you, good for couple portraits , dancings , handheld . And this is a solid light , i have dropped this light hundreds of times and it is good as new . And you can charge it with battery bank or any npf battery 5

So worth the money especially with the 6 filters/covers for the light. You can have a room filling glow or really target where you want your light to go. Super bright even at the 10-15 feet away. The warm to cool spectrum is very broad so you can dial in the exact color you are looking for. I will be buying another one in the future. 5
