This model is able to support Sony flash systems with ease and is equipped with Sony's Multi Interface Shoe for direct compatibility with their latest cameras and flashes. It uses 2.4 GHz radio communication to trigger other units from up to 328' away. The main advantage of the V6 IIs is high-speed sync, of which two modes are offered. A normal setting uses a protocol depending on the camera system involved whereas the Power Sync can boost the flash for moments when Normal HSS is not powerful enough.

Users will be able to set up flashes in one of sixteen channels or three groups. Also, it has a Multi-Master setting that allows multiple shooters to trigger the same flashes, useful for demonstrations or events with a second shooter. A: You would need two of the V6 II units in order to trigger your flash. One unit would act as the transmitter on top of your camera while the other fits on the bottom of your flash as a receiver.

A: No, the Cactus Wireless FlashTransceiver V6 IIs and LV5 Laser Trigger Kit for Sony MIS will not work with the Canon R6 MII. You could get the Hensel Cactus Wireless Flash Transceiver V6. BH #HECV6TC. The Laser Trigger is sold separately and is compatible with this unit. BH #CACACLV5.
