Highly recommended because it makes your phone a duplicate of the unit and it can be used remotely. In addition, it enables you to use time code. 5

This Bluetooth adapter works perfectly. Just follow the pairing sequence for using with your phone. I just leave it in all the time and don't worry about it falling out. 5
