I love Canare cables. They work great and they feel great. I'm not sure what it is exactly but this Canare cable is already my favorite cable among all my cables. Haven't run into a situation that I needed the star-quad yet, but good to know I'll have RF protection when I need it. B&H never seems to house shorter than 25ft Canare cables at the store itself, although there are smaller sizes on the website....

Can't go wrong with Canare, it's no question that they're the best of the best. Although the price does rather seem to reflect that, the quality these cables provide makes them well worth the investment. I'd recommend getting a larger cable than you'll think you'll need, although extra cable is clunky you'll be thankful to have it there when you need it.I've written this review in exchange for entry into B&H's $1000 voucher thing, but this in no way changed my opinion of the product listed.

I purchase these for a university student center occasionally and these always hold up to the rigors of a student crew and student users. They consistently sound great too. We have tried other, cheaper brands, and the others do not hold up at all compared to the Canares. Highly recommend.

I ordered an XLR cable and what I got was so much more. This is an actual XLR cable! It carries audio from one device to another. I knew it was going to do that, but wow, it really does carry audio from one place to another. If you need an XLR cable, this is sure an XLR cable you should consider. I mean after all, it is an XLR cable.

I've used Canare cable for years. It is thin, durable, and very limp - important if you lay cable on crowded stages and in traffic areas. The dual twisted pairs offer excellent resistance to magnetic interference, and have very low microphonics. These cables have Neutrik connectors, which are arguably the best. They have been updated to eliminate the open locking slot, which was a point of weakness (most of mine are now broken). 25' is a good length for use with stage boxes and sub snakes. In a pinch, you can untangle a short cable in 5 minutes, compared to 10-20 minutes for 50' or longer. This time I purchased enough cable to handle most of my jobs, without resorting to the hodgepodge now in my kit.

Got these after doing much research. My audio is clean. I do use top quality gear, so that was expected, I got these cables based on reviews and the fact that they reject interference noise. I haven't come across ant signs of interference so I cannot say if it's rejecting any or it's just not present in my situations, but the cables work as intended and I payed for a sense of security which I can live with.
