The 35-LED Mini On-Camera Light with Battery Plate from ANDYCINE produces a 60° light beam in a lightweight, compact form. This daylight-balanced 6000K light is powered by a single Nikon EN-EL15-type battery and features four-step dimming that enables you to adjust the light output from 100% down to 25%.

I had a small LED with an internal battery that I kept in my bag for those random times when you just need a little something, but I needed it so rarely the battery would also be drained when I needed it. This is so much better for me. Since it uses camera batteries, I'll always have some of those charged, when I might have forgotten to charge my old light. Add to that that it's also a charger for my camera batteries and I'll save a little space in my bag. And it's like $25? Yeah, absolutely worth it. Andycine if you're listening and want to make a v2 that goes from 10/10 to 11/10, make one that does all this AND uses the camera battery as a phone charger/power bank. 5

It's small enough to just toss in a bag, uses a spare battery from my camera, and has pretty good CRI and even illumination. It's not going to light up a whole room but it's great for close range stuff, especially tabletop macro. 5

Small, lightweight, bright, dimmable light with three brightness settings that also serves as a battery charger. I wish it had a filter holder for putting gels and diffusion in front of it since it’s only daylight color temperature. 1/4” screw hole makes it compatible with articulating arms or a simple cold shoe mount. The price and small size makes it worth while just as a travel battery charger. 5
