My wife was skeptical when I un-packaged this. Not any more. May have to get another one for her ! This is just a handy problem solver - Place to sit, place to prop up your feet if you are sitting on something else. Use as a stool, end table - whatever. Very adjustable and compact. 5

I have used the stool a couple of times and it is great. Light, easy to transport and supports my 6 3 205 lb. I setup the camera to do a 40 to 120 minutes star trail and then sit down on the stool with my Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha . What could be better? 5

i am a home care physical therapist. in my daily duties I often go to homes where I can't find a seat to use. I pull this out of my backpack, and have a handy and strong seat that is comfortable and i use this 2-3 x a day since having gotten it. I am very pleased and happy with this purchase. Maybe it's my age, but the camera doesn't stay very steady when I'm shooting from a squat. I have a 3-legged camp stool handy for those moments. Sometimes I need to sit lower yet (half-height) for some on-the-ground shots, and this variable-height feature is just what I need. We retirees like the new smaller gear, and that's so we can haul the support-gear needed to keep our shots from getting earthquaked! 5
