The 8Sinn Sigma MC-21 Adapter Support V2 attaches to the 8Sinn Panasonic S1/S1R/S1H cage and allows you to secure the Sigma MC-21 lens adapter to ensure better support for heavy lenses. It's made of aluminum and attaches to the front of the cage with two included screws. Two additional screws are supplied for attaching the Sigma adapter.

A: It should work by just plugging into the camera. If not, this could be a faulty cable. I would recommend getting a replacement.

First version did not work on Panasonic S1H. The new one Kondor Blue sent works great. It is now a 2 piece design. Part one is dummy battery part 2 is the cable that now plugs into 12V on Kondor blue battery plate. The cable connector is threaded and the dummy battery part screws into it. I've provided a pic to show what I'm describing. 5

Gets rid of any play between the Canon adapter and the camera body. That's all I ask of it. There's still play between the lens and the adapter, because, well, EF mount should honestly never be used on cinema rigs. But I solve this by clamping the mattebox to the lens and to the 15mm LWS rods. Which actually makes this little support bracket moot. But I don't always have the mattebox on there for every rig or shot... 5
