The tan B6 Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone, Standard Sensitivity, with Detachable TA4F Connector for Line 6 Wireless Transmitters from Countryman is a very small lav microphone measuring one tenth of an inch in diameter. It can be used to capture audio for theater, broadcast, house of worship, and general lavalier applications.

This version offers the highest gain for general speaking such as in presentations or sermons. Built with a low handling noise and rugged construction, the B6 lavalier microphone can be easily hidden in a performer's hair or on costumes, ties, or behind a shirt button. It can also be attached to eyeglasses, for a secure, discreet, and convenient alternative to hair miking. The ultrathin diaphragm deliver a natural sound while its tiny size makes the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection. The B6's aramid-reinforced cable terminates to a TA4F connector for direct connection to Line 6 TBP12 wireless bodypack transmitters.

Additionally, the included swappable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. The B6 is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with a protective cap, which can be quickly removed for cleaning or replacement.

Looks great when you want to see it, virtually disappears when you don't. The B6 is easily hidden in hair or on costumes, with five colors to match clothing, hair, and skin tones. Use a felt tip marker to color the white caps for near-perfect concealability. Never suffer the hassle and degraded sound quality of under-clothing miking again.

The B6 is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps and works well in hair or on the body. The protective caps are easily removed for cleaning or replacement, and the aramid-reinforced cable gives it world-class survivability.

The B6 provides high-quality audio with low distortion at SPL up to 140 dB on 48V phantom power. The aramid cable and thin diaphragm combine to offer low handling noise. The flat-frequency response accurately captures voice or instruments, and the small size makes the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection.

Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. Versions are available for different speaking or singing styles, with high overload capability for recording instruments.

Standard, for most uses.

Q: 3. Other than the ME2II lav mic (upgraded?), what is different about the 112 G4 generation wireless compared to the 112 G3 systems?

A: The new Sennheiser p-112 G4 system has features above that of the G3 series, such as the SK 100 G4 bodypack transmitter and the EK 100 G4 receiver, which sport an updated high-contrast LCD display, blue sync LED, and a dedicated escape button. The G4 series includes the ME 2-II Omnidirectional Clip-On Lav Mic, with improved lighter-weight design above the ME2 mic that comes with the G3 series. It also features an integrated windscreen and better frequency response. The Sennheiser ew 112P G4 system will come in appropriate frequency ranges that are in accordance with recent changes in allocation by the FCC.

Q: 4. Can you tell me the serial number of these product?

A: The serial number is only provided after you purchase the wireless system. We cannot provide a serial number for an item that you do not own. If you are looking for the serial number on a wireless system that you have already purchased, you can find it printed inside the battery compartment of the transmitter and receiver.

Q: 5. What is antenna diversity? I'm looking for what I call "true" diversity - multiple receive antennas.

A: "If you glance at the Sennheiser EK 100 receiver, you only see one antenna. However, if you write it off as a non-diversity system, you are mistaken. The EK 100 features a technology called “adaptive diversity,” which utilizes the connected output cable as the second antenna, making it a diversity receiver. By using the ground connection of its output as the link to a second antenna, it provides improved reception and reliability" Taken from "Understanding the Basics of Sennheiser G3 Camera-Mount Wireless Systems" https://www.bhphotovideo.com/explora/pro-audio/hands-on-review/understanding-the-basics-of-sennheiser-g3-camera-mount-wireless-systems.

Q: 7. How does the receiver attach to a canon rp?

Q: 8. Can I use this microphone for Zoom calls as well?

A: YES, I use it with my MacBook all the time. Just make sure to use the TRRS output cable (straight end in) into the headphone port of your laptop. Then, you can use the laptop speakers to hear the other people on the zoom call while they hear you on the Blink 500.

Q: 9. Does it work with iPhone camera?

A: This wireless system can be used as an external microphone when shooting video with your iPhone's camera, by connecting the included cable from the receiver to following adapters: Rode SC4 3.5mm TRS Female to 3.5mm Right-Angle TRRS Male Adapter Cable for Smartphones, BH #ROSC4 and the Apple Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter, BH #APLAADAP.

Q: 10. As non-diversity, is this system subjected to more dropouts that true diversity? Can anyone shed some light based on experience?

A: A non-diversity wireless system may not have the same distance capability, or frequency agility as a true diversity wireless system.
