Looks great when you want to see it, virtually disappears when you don't. The B6 is easily hidden in hair or on costumes, with five colors to match clothing, hair, and skin tones. Use a felt tip marker to color the white caps for near-perfect concealability. Never suffer the hassle and degraded sound quality of under-clothing miking again.
The B6 is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps and works well in hair or on the body. The protective caps are easily removed for cleaning or replacement, and the aramid-reinforced cable gives it world-class survivability.
The B6 provides high-quality audio with low distortion at SPL up to 140 dB on 48V phantom power. The aramid cable and thin diaphragm combine to offer low handling noise. The flat-frequency response accurately captures voice or instruments, and the small size makes the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection.
Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. Versions are available for different speaking or singing styles, with high overload capability for recording instruments.
Standard, for most uses.

Q: 1. To use it as a handheld mic. How does the audio compare to Shure SM58 or Sennheiser e835?
A: The Rode Wireless Go is not designed for hand-held use and is not comparable to hand-held mics. Rode Transmitter has a built-in mic(Omnidirectional) that is much different than hand held mics such as SM58 or E835, both of which are Cardioid Dynamic mics, designed to be used within 3-4" of lips. Q: 2. Can these be use a single person video shot
A: Yes you can use just 1 transmitter with the receiver in the Rode Go II to capture 1 person talking.
Q: 3. Can you confirm if the Rode Central app has been proven to work with the new M1 Macs? Many audio interface apps are struggling with the new M1 chips Mac is using so I hope that has been addressed with this app.
A: Yes it will, It was specifically designed to be M1 compatible.
Q: 4. I see that it records up to 24 hours of internal memory but it only runs for 7 hours on a single charge, is it possible to power this with an external power bank?
A: Yes, you can power the Wireless Go II receiver and transmitters with an external USB power bank.
Q: 5. Why did they not include a button on the wireless go II to begin and stop recording? i've spent over an hour trying to get it to record and it wont. firmware up to date and when connected to rode central on windows 10, no option to begin recording.
A: The Wireless GO II's on-board recording function is enabled and disabled via the RØDE Central app. Once the transmitter and receiver are paired, the recording begin automatically. This recording option is provided for back up purposes.
Q: 6. Is this system true diversity?
A: No
Q: 7. If the battery last for say 7 hours of filming, could you have both transmitters charged and then when one dies, basically have the other transmitter ready? I'm asking because say you are doing a long day of interviews or events and I'm only working with one person at a time, it seems like a great idea if this could as you use one unit at a time.
A: Yes. That is a good idea .Pairing is very quick too.
Q: 8. Can i use 2 sets of these connected to a PC over USB to function as a audio interface for 4 people for livestreaming? also how do the receivers show up in winows as a separate audio device for each transmitter or somehow combined?
A: You would need to connect to an audio interface that has at least 2 mic inputs. You would need a Kopul mini - XLR adapter (in the following link) for each receiver to be able to connect it to an audio interface. The receivers would not show up as separate devices. You control the level of each receiver on the audio interface itself. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/985832-REG/kopul_a_xmmf_adapter_xlr_male.html
Q: 9. how many Rode wireless GO II single can I have on set, before the the signal start to disturbate?
A: There is no universal rule as to how many 2.4 GHz wireless sets can coexist in one area before problems arise, but it is generally thought that 2-3 sets is the limit in most cases. Results may vary based on the amount of interference present in the area from sources such as WiFi.
Q: 10. Does Rode have a block plug transmitter compatible with this system that provides switchable phantom power and switchable mic/line levels?
A: No, that would only be available on the Rodelink as of this time. For now, you can use the Rode Go Transmitter as a handheld microphone, using the Interview Go adapter [BH #ROINTERVIEWG].
