The green Canare Starquad XLRM Cable with Neutrik Unisex XLRM/XLRF (Green, 75') is handcrafted with the super flexible Canare L-4E6S cable and superior Neutrik unisex XLR cable. To sum it up, I try to use Canare cables when at all possible, and this is no exception. This is a high quality cable, so do yourself a favor, and dont over spend for the other names. These are some of the best mic cables you can get, very PRO in quality. 5

I've been playing in bands for 34 years now and these are, by far, the best mic cables I've seen. They are made really well and the cable itself is superior to most cables on the market. The Neutrik connectors are a nice touch. Solid connections with absolutely no play in the connection. I'm now going to buy more of these to outfit my studio. 5

Having relied on others' XLR cables on numerous occasions until I got one with bad connections and no soldering kit available, I decided to get my own cable for audio recording on film shoots. There are lots of cables out there, even cheaper ones that are good enough to get the job done, but I chose this cable because of the different colors available. Every location I've been, it's always black XLR cables, but to see a different colored one, blue, in this case, it's easy to spot my cable and for it to not get mixed up with someone else's kit. I inspected the soldering on both ends and it looks solid. The piece that clamps onto the cable housing when tightening the cap on the connector really clamps tightly causing a depression mark on the cable housing as opposed to some knockoff brands I've seen that allows it to have some play when tight eventually causing separation of the soldered wires. I figure they call it Star-Quad because both ends have dual wires soldered to each tab and one thicker gauge wire soldered to the ground tab. The clamping piece also separates from the 3-pin housing allowing for re-soldering if necessary, but I doubt I'll have to do that anytime soon. Glad I got this. 5

At the $ price point these cables are a bargain. Very flexible, dead quite, well constructed and come in colors for easy sorting/tracing. Great updated Neutrik connectors. I had a noticable improvement in transient response versus my old cables recording drums. Highly recommended. 5
