The light beige Countryman E6X Directional Earset Mic, Medium Gain with Detachable 2mm Cable and 3.5mm locking Connector for Happie Amp or Empower Sound Wireless Transmitters is a versatile blend of the E6 and the E6i earset that features a springy, thin earpiece and a flexible boom and is suitable for use when a few people will be using the same mic.

The E6X earset can be used on either ear for capturing audio and rejecting unwanted sound, feedback, or surrounding noise from stage monitors or nearby speakers in houses of worship, theater, and outdoor vocal and speech applications.

The low-profile, directional E6X earset virtually disappears against the skin, so performers will forget they're wearing a mic. This version offers medium gain for very loud speaking, such as in theater performances and most vocals. Additionally, the earset comes with two pattern-changeable protective caps for maximum isolation and gain before feedback. This directional E6X earset's cable terminates to a 3.5mm locking connector for direct connection to Happie Amp or Empower Sound and Amazing Amp wireless bodypack transmitters.

The Countryman earsets are very small, lightweight, and the least visible headworn microphones.

The E6 Flex or E6X offers a versatile blend of the E6 and the E6i. With a springy, thin earpiece and a flexible boom, the E6 Flex is secure on the ear and fast to fit without compromising true invisibility and sound.

The E6X's stainless steel boom is tough and can be bent and re-bent to fit different performers. It is highly resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps. The earset should always have a protective cap in place to keep sweat, makeup, and other foreign material out of the microphone.

The E6X earset's flexible boom is easily shaped right on the performer's face. Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. The directional earset protective caps adjust the pattern from cardioid to hypercardioid.

Easy adjustment keeps the mic in a comfortable position for rejecting unwanted sounds. The directional E6X earset provides more isolation and is suitable for situations where there are loud monitors, extreme feedback, or environmental noise.

The included removable, quick-swap cable detaches from the actual earset, making it completely replaceable in the event of a short or break. The replaceable cable design makes upgrading wireless microphone systems easy as they are available in a wide selection of connections to accommodate most wireless transmitters.

Q: 1. can I connect this to a usb power bank? what cable do I need?

A: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1567075-REG/anker_a1231011_powercore_slim_10000mah_portable.html?sts=pi&pim=Y This is the recommended power bank, you can use it with this adapter cable: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1353406-REG/zoom_dhc_1_dc_to_hirose_cable.html?sts=pi&pim=Y

Q: 2. Can you link one of the 1700w models with one or more of the 240w models?

A: For the Samsung MX-ST90B Sound Tower 1700W Wireless Party Speaker BH #SAMXST90B you can connect multiple audio systems in a wireless group play mode.

Q: 3. Does the ST90B/ZA have a battery or does it have to be plugged in?

A: The Samsung MX-ST90B Sound Tower 1700W Wireless Party Speaker is powered via plug and does not have a battery.

Q: 4. What is the diameter of the pads?

A: Unfortunately Creative Labs does not specify the diameter of the pads.

Q: 5. So, do the two USB-A connectors plug into those on a PC and the USB-C end plug into the recorder to power it? If so, could I use this with an external USB powerpack that has two USB-A out connections to power the recorder and phantom powered external mics for a period of several hours? (Instead of using Sony L-mount batteries?)

A: Hi Ross, You are correct: the two USB-A connectors would plug into your computer and the USB-C end will connect to your MixPre 3/6 to power it. Yes you can also use a USB Powerpack to power your MixPre-3/6. Just in case here are additional powering options for your reference: https://www.sounddevices.com/tech-notes/mixpre-3-mixpre-6-powering-options Thanks!

Q: 6. What is maximum distance between the two USB-A sockets? And the key question, will that work in an airliner to draw power from USB sockets in two seats?..

A: The approximate distance between the 2 USB-A connectors of this cable is 3 feet. This distance should allow the user to plug-in each USB-A connector to a power source without straining the cable. While USB-A voltage should always be 5-volts, we cannot comment on the current that is available at each USB-A port of the airline equipment is use, as this probably varies per airplane. As an alternative, you might consider a USB-C-to-USB-C cable along with a portable USB-C power bank / battery.

Q: 7. How long does it last?

A: Thank you for your question. It will depend on size of battery and the amount of channels you are using with phantom power.

Q: 8. Are the dual 3.5mm plugs compatible with PC?

A: Although this Williams Sound MIC 057 Single-Muff Headset can work for use with a computer, you would only hear one channel of the audio, instead of the full stereo sound. For most use with a computer, a Logitech headset like this one is going to be a better option: https://bhpho.to/3IeGrAx

Q: 9. Can I use this cable on Pix-e7 for power cable? Can't find any 4 pin Hirose connector in the back of the e7 monitor

A: No, this is the power cable for the Pix 220/240 modlels only. You need a locking DC Coaxial power cable barrel connector to 4-pix XLR if yiu need to use the large battery packs. A better solution is to use the newer smaller D-Tap batteries and use the Pix accessory, Video Devices Coaxial DC Plug to D-Tap Power Cable , listed under Pix E power accessories. Yiu could also take the Pix connector end off your AC power brick, and have a 4-pin XLR connected to it, and the female 4-pin XLR connected to the brick side (where you cut the coaxial connector off), so yiu can still use the AC power supply. If yiu are not familiar with how power cables are wired on XLRs, get a A/V repair service to do this for you. The 4-pin power XLR connectors only use two pins, (not all four at the same time) one set is for 6-VDC connections and the other two are for 12-14 DC connections. You need to meter the connector on your battery pack to see which two and the correct polarity (which pin is + and which is ground/negative connectors. A warning, if you get this wrong, and you will fry you PixE power board in the monitor.

Q: 10. Would this work between the RODE Wireless Pro Receiver and an FX6 BNC port?

A: The Sound Devices BNC to USB-C Timecode Cable for A20-Mini has not been tested with the Rode Wireless Pro, so unfortunately compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
