I typically can get around 1000 plus cycles with about 1/4 power with some energy left over. Make sure you have more than one for back up especially if you're replacing a flash that runs on AA's. 5

I'm not going to bash the item because it works perfect. The thing is the diffusion dome for the FJ80 and the FJ200 are the exact same item yet they are priced differently. I bought both not realizing this and was charged almost 40% more for the FJ80 diffusion dome than I was for the fj200 one and they were a part of the same order. I'm a college photography student and money is tight so that just isn't cool. Had I known this I would have purchased two of the fj200 diffusion domes at the cheaper price and used the 2nd one for the fj80 5

So far I haven't found the end of life for my fully charged FJ80 battery on a shoot, but since you can't use AA or AAA batteries with the FJ80 you really should get one of these for insurance purposes. Especially if you're a pro. 5
