[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG QP5 has been the best of the sound bar/subwoofer combinations I have had. I have had MANY looking for both function and form.

the performance of both the center channel and the subwoofer leaves me in awe. How does so much sound come out of such a tightly packaged arrangement? there is a wonderfully technical answer that this review does not go into.
what you do need to know, the sound evenly fills the very large basement room. if it was for the very non intrusive volume indicator, you wouldnt know where the sound was coming from.
speaking of the indication of volume, it is lights. just 3 small lights. that has taken some time to get accustomed too. initially i wanted my numbers for volume, but really, dont you KNOW and FEEL the volume. there is clearly a loud point and a way TOO LOUD.

going back to setup....simply simple and sweet. I am using the optical connection and the sub and center connected on their own. out the box and performing in mininutes.

i highly recommend the Eclair Sound Bar!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to call customer service on a Saturday morning but the Rep answered promptly and was very professional. I couldn’t get the subwoofer to pair with the tiny soundbar. Turned out to be too close to the bar. Voices are louder and clearer with the eclair. The Dolby Atmos effects are thunderous and much better than larger bars I have tried. The bass is incredible without the unit rattling. As you increase the volume you feel a sense of being drawn into a surround sound bubble. I’m shocked by the quality sound from this system. Perfect for a small living room or bedroom. The Dolby Atmos really works with my LG CX OLED! Bar does not interfere with picture on bottom of screen. Perfect height! Great product from LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for my bedroom. It enhances the sound of my LG tv. It’s small so it doesn’t take up a lot of room. The only drawback I have found is I have to use my cell with the LG sound bar app. The connection has to be linked each time I use my sound bar/turn on the tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG QP5 3.1.2 channel Eclair Soundbar with Dolby Atmos is and awesome surround sound system. The compact design delivers high performance sound with a rich output. The soundbar is half the length of traditional soundbars and delivers clear vocals, while the subwoofer delivers a round deep baseline without the distortion you get from other subwoofers. This subwoofer has anti-vibration so no rattling noise. Out of the box is an easy setup. It only takes 15-25 minutes to plug and play. It has very little wiring, unlike so many other surround sound systems. It has bluetooth enabled for your mp3 player. I was actually able to set it up without the pamphlet. There is an LG app for the product that you download to your phone to further control the equalizer, while it also has a basic remote control. This compact design fills any sized room without taking up a lot of space. I love the eas of being able to switch from my gaming device, to the firestick or fire tv, or to my mp3 player. Before ii had each device hooked up separately. Movies sound like you're in a movie theater, gaming makes me feel as if I'm immersed in the game. And listening to my music wirelessly is such an amazing experience. I'm impressed with this system, yet I'm not surprised as LG products never disappoint. I can't wait to show this to my friends (actually brag about it). Lg, you rock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The QP5 Eclair is so tiny that when I brought someone over to hear my new soundbar they couldn't find it at first. Your first experience will shock you. I played sample Dolby Atmos movie clips from the menu bar on my LG CX television and was taken aback as I was enveloped in sound with bass thumping and roaring from the subwoofer. True metallic sounds when sword meets sword or bullets pierce metal. Incredible jet, helicopter, tank and weapon sounds so distinct you find yourself watching old movies just to hear the soundtrack anew. LG is the future.
