This is easily the best of the four brands I have used. Good price, solid construction, very fast, and it doesn't get hot to the touch after extended use like the others. Also, its footprint is slightly smaller than the others. Highly recommended.

This reader has a semi-soft outer case. It's about 3'' X 2-1/4 X 5/8 thick. It use a USB type C connector and comes complete with two nice (well made, thick) cords. One is USB type C to C cord, the other is a USB type C to A cord. Transfer speed seems fine. I highly recommend this product.

I bought Transend's CFexpress reader after reading a review about how much more cool (temperature wise) it is compared to the other brand I have been using. My only complaint is does not have dual card reader capability for SD.

Solidly built, works great for fast data transfers. Nice rubbery protective shell. If you leave it plugged into your pc, it will draw a small amount of power, even with no express card in it or when pc is powered down. So best to unplug the reader when you are not using it.

A number of the reviews said this reader stopped working. So far it works and is very efficient even using USB 2.0. It's only been a few weeks, so I will update this review if it goes South on me anytime soon.

Does get a little warm.
