A: Works great to do screen capture on Mac with hdmi out... I mention Mac because Ive tested and the hdmi output options on macs are great for changing between interlaced and progressive etc so the files dont look jumpy when you play them back.

A: The Blackmagic Design Micro BNC to BNC Male Cable for Video Assist (27.6") would not be compatible with the Blackmagic Video Assist with 6G-SDI input due to the Mini DIN connectors that model used.

Q: 8. Does this fit the black magic cinema 4K camera big one?

A: The power supply connector will fit but it will not work with the Production Camera 4K as it's not the appropriate power supply for it. The correct power supply model for the camera is PSUPPLY-12V30W.

A: It should as long as the video output is set for supported frame rates and resolutions. We have no direct experience with this mode.

A: At this point we do not carry a hood specifically for the Video Assist. However the monitor has not yet been released so 3rd party manufactures have yet to create a lot of accessories for it, but eventually they will.
