Q: 1. Would the Panasonic AG UX 180 fit in this case? I am worried about the width.

A: I'm not familiar with the UX180's dimensions, but my Car-2Cam -labelled PortaBrace case measures 17 Lx7 Wx9 H on the inside. There's some taper toward the top -- and also some give in the width -- but those are the dimensions without touching the padded walls or stretching anything.
