Illuminate your video chats with the VIJIM Video Conference Lighting Kit from Ulanzi. Thanks to brightness control, which can be adjusted from 0 to 100%, this light can be used in a wide range of situations, including adding fill to a brightly lit room, as well as lighting a dark environment. Its color temperature is also adjustable between 3200 and 6500K, while its built-in 3100mAh rechargeable battery lasts for up to 150 minutes on a full charge. This item may be mounted to flat surfaces using the included suction mount, while a 270° rotatable arm allows the light to be better positioned to suit your needs. Charging is accomplished using a USB Type-C port and an included USB cable. Also included is a silicone cover, a universal base, and colored filters to further alter the quality of light.

Q: 2. How many lumens is this? Seems to me, Lum Cube doesn't want you to know. LUX IS NO HELP, so don't quote their LUX spec.

A: The Lume Cube Video Conference Lighting Kit has a one lux (1 lux) to one lumen spread over an area of one square meter. As the lux level stated on the Lume Cube site is 0.5m you would halve the lux to get the lumens, so 550 lux would be 275 lumens.

Q: 3. How do I connect my lumecube to recharge it?

A: You can connect it to a USB charger using the included USB Type-A to Type-C Charging Cable.

Q: 4. My charging cable does not plug in / ie fit in the light cube ?

A: The Lume Cube Webcam Light Kit BH #LUVC2 includes a USB Type-A to Type-C Charging Cable. Make sure you are connecting the smaller end to the Lumecube.

A: yes it can. When plugged in it will provide enough power to slow down the battery drain. Eventually it will die but it will take considerably longer than if you were just relying on battery life.

Q: 10. The claimed CRI is 95. Can it really do that? How color-accurate are Vijim LED lights? Any green or magenta shift?

A: Yes, this has a rating of CRI 95. This is a very nice quality light for the price with accurate colors.

This LED light is very functional for either camera top or on a stand of its own. It has many uses. I personally use it for my DSLR during wedding ceremony and reception. The light can be dimmable but really is only operating at 5600 degrees. There is an attached filter set is useful but takes a moment to install. The light itself is extremely lightweight and the battery which comes with the unit was able to run entire wedding reception. It is a great value for the price and would highly recommend it unless you need to make color temperature adjustments on the Fly then you will need one with that option . Definitely worth the price. This is one of the brightest for the price and size that I have ever bought. I used it mainly for events. It will brighten up whole dance floors if need be. I almost never use it to max setting. On the lower setting it can be too bright for some uses. I don't need dim shots, otherwise I would use another light less powerful. This is my second light I have bought. The only con to this light is that the mount where it bends doesn't hold very tight sometimes and can move if you jerk the camera down or up. So you will need to retighten or watch the jerkiness. 5

I bought this light and kept it in my camera bag. It saved the day when video taping a corporate meeting when someone turned the lights down to allow for a presentation. But I had to record the presenter. I had placed the light on the shoe of my Panasonic HPX250 which is not so hot in low light as a precaution. Lucky me. I turned it on and it saved the day for me. I also had to dial it down as it was just a little too bright. Looking to buy another one. 5

I have been looking for a replacement to my old on-camera LED (old Thru-hole style) light which was not even half as bright at this amazing little light, and the Vidpro LED-230 is a perfect solution. I actually brought two of them when they were on special, and the two together light up a 15 x 40 room entirely. Amazing, truly amazing. At a size just a little larger than a Samsung Note 8, this is such a good size, and it's light. Comes with a re-chargeable battery and charger, this is a great value. 5

This light was super bright needed only 50% to make my GH4 bring everything in focus with 14-140 older lens. I was worried about the focus. This camera with a little light on 4K was sharp! Plus I can pull any frame and make a nice picture out of it. 5
