A: No, typically mirrorless cameras do not have fine focus adjust. The focus system on mirrorless cameras rarely have front or back focus issues due to the fact that there is no mirror and or focusing screen. The viewfinder is electronic.

A: This device does not have a cable length limit. Your results will vary depending on what brand cable you are using and if you use any signal boosting/extending equipment with it. For instance, You mentioned that you attempted to plug a 25ft HDMI cable into a device and it resulted in signal loss but It might work if you attempt to use a different cable such as one made by Kramer or Comprehensive. Another solution may be adding a signal booster like the StarTech HDBOOST4K HDMI 4K Signal Booster (114.8'). There are other solutions as well such as extending over cat-6 cable, fiber, or BNC cables which all perform much better over long distances. Ultimately the solution to your problem lies in how the signal is sent to the switcher not in the switcher itself.
