A: The HP DesignJet T630 36" Large Format Plotter Printer can only handle papers up to 11.8mil thick so it cannot print on poster board.
Q: 3. Can this unit scan and send pdf's directly from the operating screen to mail to a customer?
A: You can scan and email from front panel of the printer.
Q: 4. Will this print on canvas?
A: Yes the z9+ can print on Canvas and Vinyl rolls.
Q: 5. Does this paper tray replace the existing paper tray or supplement it? (sit on top)
A: The HP LaserJet Pro 550-Sheet Feeder Tray for M452, M454, M477, and M479-Series Printers BH #HECF404A does not replace the tray, it would be an add on tray.
Q: 6. (On the T830 24 ) Can you turn a document vertical and technically print 24 x36 ?
A: You would need to manual feed the paper thru the Printer . While doing this you would need to insure the paper is straight the whole time as if it moves sightly the print would be messed up
Q: 7. I'm using ArchiCad v.23 on an iMac with the latest Catalina os: will the T830 support this?
A: The T830 is showing driver support for MacOS 10.15 Catalina.
Q: 8. with this printer i can print on outdoor banner vinyl? if yes how long in time it resist?
A: As long as the vinyl is coated for Pigment Inks & weather proof, you can do it with this printer. The print should last about 2 months. For long term outdoor prints you need a Solvent Ink Printer which we don't sell.
Q: 9. I see the Canon TA-30 has a length limit of 59 inches. What's the limit for this printer, please?
A: The sheet length on this HP DesignJet T630 36" Large Format Plotter Printer, would be 74.7. Roll length would not have one.
Q: 10. Can this printer be placed on a desktop in lieu of using the stand?
A: Per the user guide, using the printer stand (that it ships with) is optional provided you place the printer completely on a flat, sturdy surface.
