When combined with the separately sold Paper Clip, Finetip Pen, and paper, the Intuos Pro becomes the Intuos Pro Paper Edition, allowing you to sketch on paper and store your work without having to be online or connected to a computer. Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Is this tablet optimised for the latest macOS Mojave operating system?

A: As per Wacom this will work with MacOS 10.6.8 or later (Intel® processor)

Q: 2. Does the USB C connector come with an adapter to older USB ports (like the Sandisk SSD drives come with)?

A: This product comes with a USB Type-C to Type-A cable.

Q: 3. is this works in windows 10?

A: Yes, it works fine; just deactivate 'Use Windows Ink' in the grip pen mapping option of the Wacom Tablet Properties. All apps will work perfectly. Ex: Cinema 4D, all the Adobe Creative apps, like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effect, Illustrator, Mocha pro, SynthEyes.

Q: 4. Anyone know why a USB-C data cable wasn't included for new MacBook Pro (the connector on the new Intuos Pro IS USB-C)? I suppose the older pens don't work either?

A: The product comes with a regular USB cable as most devices still do not have USB-C on them as of yet, and having a standard USB cable maximizes compatibility. There are multiple pens that are compatible with it such as the Pro Pen, Classic, and Art Pen.

Q: 5. What are the dimensions of the soft case included for the clip?

A: The grey case dimensions that comes in this device are 2.5 x10

Q: 6. Will this work with Blackmagic Design Da Vinci Resolve?

A: Yes. the stiles pen works like a mouse and the touchpad works well like a touchpad, the control wheel will change the size of your brush and other functions but if you are thinking that it is similar to the Blackmagic control panel it is not!

Q: 7. how do I get the paper edition?

A: the Paper edition came with my Wacom.

Q: 8. Why is it cheaper than the black medium Intuos Pro?

A: Works very well, and includes a wireless kit. Didn't know this model is cheaper, if so, it's a bonus.

Q: 9. What is the difference between the intuos pro and the intuos 3 tablet that I've been using for years??

A: The Intuos Pro can support 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity, the Intuos 3 can support 1024. The placement of the expresskeys are also different.

Q: 10. Does this tablet have tilt capabilities?

A: No...lays flat

This thing is incredible, right away it has made Photoshop a thousand times easier! The pen and brush tools are no longer a tedious chore, in fact they are becoming my most favorite tools now. Installation was quick and trouble free on my mac mini; learning to use the pen is an over statement for the most part. Some thing will take some getting used to and customizing the function button and pen setting will likely change often as my workflow evolves with the use of the tablet, but that is not a problem with the easily customizable interface. This is the greatest addition to my post shoot tool chest!

I bought this for my boyfriend as an upgrade from a 4 year old Intuos Pro small, the difference is unimaginable. He absolutely loves it and is able to draw so much faster with the size difference. I'd highly recommend getting the bag, just to keep track of the cords and pen since I know every artist loses it more than twice while working with it. He is able to draw much faster with the size difference, and at first I wasn't sure how big it was going to be, but it is the perfect size where it is big, but not anywhere near too big to become a burden.

I debated a long time whether or not I should purchase a pen/tablet for use with editing my photos. I finally gave in and decided to give it a shot. WOW! Doing photo touch up work is so much easier with this tablet than with a mouse or a trackpad. I'll never give it up my tablet! Installation and setup was a snap on my Mac. You can easily customize the tablet controls globally and/or by specific programs. It is taking awhile to figure out exactly how I want to customize is for each program but the process itself is very straightforward. I didn't find the learning curve for basic photo editing to be very steep. I was removing unwanted antennae, wires, etc. from my photos in no time. However, it is taking me longer to get use to using the pen/tablet as a general computer input device (e.g., navigating menus). I'm getting better at it and the touch portion of the tablet is helping since it's similar to my trackpad although it's a little awkward trying to use the touch gestures while holding the pen in the same hand (I know, I could place the pen in its handy holder).

This was a gift from my dad after I recommended I would like to have one of these because I was learning photoshop. I was completely fine with a mouse and key board and didn't think that there would be much of a difference. After the first time using it however, I can saw I wont edit in Photoshop or lightroom without it. It is so much more accurate. It is not easy to use and I got used to it within a day. There are tons of ways you can program the buttons to meet your personal needs. It has sped up my work flow and has made the process so much better. I would not hestitate to buy one becuase it is well worth the money! The small size is actually perfect. it is actually almost the size of my 15 mac (smaller though). I do have a PC and use it on the PC every now and then but it seems to have problems on the PC. Works much better on my MAC.

I purchased a Wacom Bamboo4 years ago and just found it difficult to use. A few years later I found myself doing a lot of editing in Photoshop and the mouse just wasn't cutting the mustard. There is no finesse with a mouse. I picked up the Bamboo and realized the tablet is the future for serious editing. I forced myself to use it for a week and it clicked. Next step, get the pro version. I love the Intuos Pro. All the shortcuts at my fingertips and the pen is so much more responsive. I went with the small based on recommendation from an All Star pro retoucher. Glad I did, it's the perfect size. Setting up the pen and the tablet was far easier than the reviews here indicate. It took me 10 minutes to initially set it up. I've changed the settings since and may make a few more changes until I get exactly what I want. No problem, it only takes a minute to open the dashboard and switch. The wireless function is nice also. Get one!

I bought this to upgrade from a Wacom Bamboo Capture. The Bamboo is quite good but this tablet us awesome. Buttery touch commands and the pen gives you great control. The increase in sensitivity levels gives much better finite control in my photo retouching. I am far from being an artist but can see where it would give great control for painting. How many of us can afford or justify a $ cintique? Once you spend a few days with this to master the learning curve you will never want to use a mouse again, very quick and responsive. This model includes the wireless kit, I have not had a chance to use it as yet but other reviewers say it is quite slick. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
