This lens is awesomely sharp, with amazing image stabilization, and a flexible zoom range. Fantastic lens on the go. Pair it with a prime for extreme low light and you're set for just about anything.

I bought this lens to fill two needs. I use it along with fuji a extension tube to shoot macro. With the 16 mm, the distortions near the edge are pretty intense and you must be willing to crop to find the sweet spot. The 11mm is much better and I've taken some quite respectable images this way. The second reason is for travel. I use this along with the 10-24mm on my X-H1 to photograph street photography, architecture, and general travel images. I like the focal length range for this lens for shooting in cemeteries, antique shops, and even the quazi-tame wildlife in the urban environment. It is very close to the same size as the 10-24mm and both fit in my Billingham bag with ease. I find it to be a great travel choice.

I got this lens and the 70-300mm for my Fujifilm X-S10 as my previous Fujifilm camera was a super-zoom and I wanted to approximate the range of focal lengths. More details in my review of the X-S10 body.

Made this my one lens paired with an X-T4 for a week of hiking and boondocking. I thought it might be a little too heavy and packed along a smaller wide angle prime just in case, but I carried it on ten-mile hikes via a Peak Design Capture Clip and it was pretty comfortable.

I have the 16-55 lens and I love it but I really wish it had a little more reach. Then this lens went on sale so I reached out and bought it from B&H and I simply love this lens . Yes I would recommend this lens to anybody. Oh! the IS is fantastic even on a wide angle. Makes up for the f4 if you need a longer exposure.

I had read lot of negative reviews about this lens especially the soft images at the two extremes of its focal length. In spite of that i still purchased it and found that the negative reviews are wrong. The lens is sharp and with a 200$ price drop it is an excellent purchase. Some focus wobble during video recording is there but as i am using it mainly for still photography it does not bother me.

Debated buying this lens for a long time based of mix reviews. Have been very pleased so far with this as a walk around / Travel lens. Still plan to get a faster prime or two in the range, but this lens works well for me and I have no problem with the image quality for my use

this all-rounder, is one of the best lenses you can buy. cupeled with the 70-300, you have a light but very high coverage of 16-300 (24-450mm 35mm) that is of high quality all the way. the OIS, is great, it is sharp, light and very pleasant to the aye.

This lens is broad in its range of focal lengths, light in weight, and has very good-to-excellent IQ.. What's NOT to like?
