This camera is a lot of fun to shoot with especially if you like to use physical controls. The image quality is as good as the best out there. Using a fixed lens can be challenging but rewarding.

I previously owned the X100F and though I loved it, I wound up selling it for two main reasons. The first was the lack of an articulating screen. Maybe we're all just spoiled these days, but it's a feature I got used to having on my X-T series cameras and I simply found I couldn't do without it. The second reason I sold the X100F was because the lens just wasn't up to par with my other Fuji glass.



These two issues have been completely resolved in the X100V and the result is a truly stunning camera whose aesthetics are only rivaled by its capability. I carry it with me daily, even in my smaller handbags, and it fits with ease. I've experienced no overheating issues throughout my normal shooting experience.


I honestly can't say enough good things about it. I've used it to document my children, shot two full printed editorial spreads for well known magazines, and also used it to photograph nature, one of my favorite past times.

I’ve owned an X100T and an X100F before this one. Both were great cameras but I really think weather sealing, the flipping screen and button simplification elevate this camera to a higher level. It’s a joy to use in every way now.

I haven't been shooting very much these past 5 years, and this camera made me want to go outside everyday! It made me realize that it isn't about having the best camera but that it just feels right in your hands. The images feel right. This is what I've been searching for. That being said, it is amazing quality. So compact you can take it anywhere with you. I LOVE IT!

This is a great all around camera. It is small enough to carry around everyday, and it takes excellent pictures. The new lens is very sharp and fast for my kind of shooting, street photography, grandkids, and vacation photos. The jpeg and Raw shots are excellent. Overall, I would recommend this camera.

I've shot FF Nikon and film for years. I've had the X-T2 and X-H1 for some time and most recently have been using the X-H1 heavily for all non-sports events and occasions. I still love the X-H1, but I frankly was not prepared to love the X100V as much as I do. I wanted a more portable, street shooter type camera and almost took advantage of an incredible deal on the X100F. I was also looking at the X-PRO3 but having a hard time justifying the cost given what I already have. The X100V is very solid, and seems much more solid to me than the X100F or X100T that I've handled. The viewfinder is also wonderful. I am thoroughly impressed with it. Operationally, it is snappy, focuses well both in AF and MF. It is truly a joy to use. The X100F lens is top notch - F/2 is crisp, close focusing is acceptably sharp and the overall images I've produced really impress me.

I've only had it for a few days now but I have enjoyed using this camera, great interface, and wonderful design.

Using this camera definitely puts fun and creative challenge back into my photo outings. I went from a lot of stuff in my system to just this and it feels liberating.

This camera is an absolute winner for 2021,can't get over how good this camera looks.
